James is a Training and Development Professional with over 20 years of experience including training, writing standard operating procedures, role-based curriculum development, leadership development, coaching, configuration and development and administration of learning management systems.

Originally from California, James has travelled extensively across the United States and has lived in multiple states before his family settled in Wisconsin where he completed High School and College.  He completed graduate studies in Kansas and later moved back to California to pursue a career in Museum Management.  Shortly after arriving James found his calling working in Public Service and non-profits including the America Red Cross, Alameda Health System, and now Alameda County.

In his spare time James enjoys reading, music, running, and bike riding as well as spending time with his wife and friends.
