Learning Technologies Consultant and Trainer
Rashida currently manages the County’s Learning Management System which connects over 9,500 employees to a variety of learning opportunities. She brings over 10 years of Learning & Development experience from the public, private, and non-profit sectors.
In addition to her primary role, Rashida teaches Project Management and Career Development courses which is a perfect blend of her two interests of developing others and promoting collaboration to deliver effective results. Recently, she has been involved with Alameda County’s Millennial and Sustainability initiatives.
Rashida has a Master’s in Public Administration and a Bachelors of Arts degree in Social Welfare. She is certified as a senior HR professional (SPHR and SHRM-SCP).
Her ultimate passion is traveling and she has visited over 20 countries to date.
