Developing the Leader in You: for the aspiring and emerging leader

One night you go to bed and wake up the next morning, put in charge of a group of people or a project. Are you prepared? Most people aren’t. In this series of workshops, you will learn how to prepare yourself for a leadership role in the future and develop your leadership abilities in your current job.

The Agile Employee

Organizations value employees who are agile. What does that mean? An agile employee is someone who can quickly adapt to change, thinks quickly, is self-motivated and proactive, uses their initiative, and is mission-led. In this two day series, we will explore the topics that will help you become more agile:  effective communication, influence, problem solving, driving and adapting to change, strategies to up-skill rapidly, and getting clear about your own personal vision and professional goals.
