The Position:
The County Training & Organizational Development Specialist reports to the Workforce Planning and Development Manager. This position focuses on training and organizational development programs for County and non-county employees, including but not limited to leadership and supervisory programs, staff training and mandated training sessions. Additionally, the County Training & Organizational Development Specialist plans, designs, coordinates and delivers a wide variety of training and development programs and provides professional consultation to County and non-County agencies and departments on training and organizational developmental needs.
