The Team Lead Development Program is an Alameda County leadership series for team and project leaders. Participants of this past series we able to take an in depth look at 6 leadership skills. The skills include: Strategic Leadership, Inspirational Leadership & Engagement, Business & Organizational Savvy, Politics & Influence, Customer-Centered Leadership, Ethics & Financial Accountability.
In this program, students were able to apply the skills they learned each week directly to their ongoing projects and teams. They then could talk about what did and didn’t work within the class in order to find a more effective strategy in the future.
