Milan brings a unique blend of coaching, organizational culture, and design-thinking expertise to the Training and Education Center. She dedicated the last decade to building early-stage tech startups from the ground up, leading HR operations, change management, internal communications, and employee experience programs. As a Professional Certified Coach, Milan partners with leaders at all levels to leverage their vision, intelligence, creativity, and resourcefulness, so that they may leave a lasting impact on individuals and organizations. Milan is committed to empowering changemakers and improving team collaboration. To Milan, working with the County means a great opportunity make a direct positive impact on the fabric of her community. 

Milan was raised in Northern California and earned her Bachelor of Science in Design and Visual Communications from University of California Davis. She now resides in Oakland with her blended family of five, and enjoys a shared meal with good company.
