They have different goals, hiring processes, performance management practices, systems of accountability, and relationships to community.
This training will help you explore these and other differences as they affect your management role, offer tips and strategies for dealing with these differences, and promote your leadership strengths in order to navigate Alameda County successfully as a supervisor.
