TaNisha Young holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Studies with a specialization in Organizational Leadership from Cal State East Bay, where she is also a candidate for a Master’s Degree in Public in Administration. Additionally, TaNisha is certified in Business – Management Supervision. She is a highly skilled facilitator that models the practices learned from Steve Zuiebeck of Synectics, LLC in change management in difficult times. She is a true lifelong learner in the pursuit of sharing techniques in effective leadership. Her most rewarding moments are spent investing in others.

TaNisha is a dedicated mother of four and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. TaNisha’s ultimate gift is to inspire and encourage youth and women to recognize their gifts and to pursue their goals with passion and valor.
