Mark Anthony Scott is a Disability Technician with the Alameda County Disability Programs Division where he coordinates Family Medical Leave. He studied International Business/Marketing at Baylor University in Waco, TX. Mark has over ten years of experience in Alameda County and is excited to participate as a volunteer trainer with the Training & Education Center. Mark’s strength as a facilitator must be his amazing ability to balance adult learning techniques with humor. Mark is both educational and entertaining.
