Pecolia “Lia” Eppinger is a dedicated mother of three boys (ages 14, 10, and 4) who is
passionate about personal and professional growth. With a degree in carpentry, she has a
strong foundation in hands-on craftsmanship, problem-solving, and project execution.
Currently, she is expanding her expertise by pursuing studies in real estate, aiming to
merge her construction knowledge with property management and sales.
In addition to her academic and technical background, Lia has valuable experience in
marketing, project management, and video editing. Her ability to blend creativity with
strategic planning allows her to excel in various roles, from developing engaging content to
overseeing projects efficiently.
Currently serving as a Training Clerk 1, Lia is eager to gain hands-on experience,
collaborate with her team, and sharpen her skills within TEC. She views this opportunity as
a stepping stone to further enhance her expertise, contribute meaningfully, and build
strong professional relationships. With a strong work ethic and a passion for continuous
learning, Lia is excited to embrace new challenges and make the most of her time in this
