Training and Education Center Customer Service Specialist
As the Training and Education Center Customer Service Specialist, I leverage my diverse background in youth development, cultural arts, and nonprofit marketing to provide exceptional service and support to individuals pursuing growth and education opportunities. My role centers around creating seamless, positive experiences for learners and customers, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed efficiently while fostering an environment of continuous development.
With a strong foundation as the Cultural Arts Program Director for the City of Oakland’s Parks and Recreation Youth Development division, I’ve designed and led programs that empower young people through creative expression and skill-building. Additionally, my years of experience teaching dance at multiple studios have strengthened my ability to communicate, connect, and inspire youth and adults alike.
A graduate of UC Davis with a double major in Communications and Linguistics, I bring a thoughtful, people-centric approach to my work. My education has helped me hone skills in effective communication, program development, and community outreach. I’ve also worked in nonprofit marketing, where I was responsible for crafting campaigns that enhanced brand visibility and supported mission-driven goals.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying grounded through yoga, spending time outdoors walking my dog, and sharing moments with loved ones over a comforting bowl of pho. I’m passionate about nurturing the potential in others and remain committed to creating opportunities for all community members to thrive.
