Registration and Attendance Policy

Congratulations, by registering for training you are making an important commitment to your professional development. The Training & Education Center is committed to supporting you in your efforts.

REGISTRATION
Register for training through our AC Learning Center website. We encourage you to register early due to limited seating.

Alameda County Employees:
Once registered for a training, AC Learning Center will send you an email indicating that your enrollment is “pending approval.” Once your supervisor approves, an email indicating “pending payment” with an invoice attached will be sent to your department’s funding approver for payment via Alameda County interdepartment fund transfer, if applicable. You will be enrolled for training upon your supervisor’s approval and applicable fees paid. Please note that your Department Training Representative is your primary contact for questions and user profile updates.

Non-Alameda County Employees:
Once registered for a training, AC Learning Center will send you an email indicating that your enrollment is “pending invoice payment” with an invoice attached. You will be enrolled for training once the Training & Education Center receives your payment.

Please email aclearningcenter@acgov.org if you do not receive an email confirmation within 24 hours after you register.

Supervisors may register employees for trainings if the employee does not have access to a computer.
