We are happy to welcome a new member to the Training & Education Center Team!
Audriana Sedgwick is the new Training and System Specialist for the Training and Education Center, where she hopes to gain a deeper understanding of SumTotal to resolve barriers to utilizing the LMS and empower county staff to meet their goals. She has a Master’s Degree in Cognitive Psychology and Evaluation which prepared her to understand and optimize complex systems. She began her career at Alameda County as a TAP employee in March 2020 at the Registrar of Voters. She then moved on to the Probation Training Unit for a year and a half, where she worked with the SumTotal LMS to administer classes and report STC compliance. She enjoys creative writing and tennis.
