Claudio Lane
Training Center Customer Service and Sales Coordinator
Claudio provides multi-level, specialized customer service to our clients. He processes requests for space rentals, audio-visual equipment set up and other customized meeting and/or training support needs. He also administers all evening Educational Programs and acts as our liaison with Peralta College and Cal State East Bay University.
His career in Customer Service began many years ago working in his family businesses, and continued into the financial district working as a Banker for both Bank of America and Wells Fargo. In 1999, he worked as a Robotics Engineer in the Biotech industry which was one of the most exciting times in his life. Claudio enjoys swimming, playing sports and spending time with his children.
