Training and Education Center Customer Service Specialist
Isabella is a Customer Service Specialist with a passion for self-led learning. Having lived in various parts of the country, she now considers the bay area her home. In her role, Isabella works closely with individuals seeking to rent space from the TEC, guiding them through the process, and providing support in using the Learning Management System (LMS). Alongside these responsibilities, she actively spearheads the modernization of the center to streamline workflows, ensuring more time can be dedicated to helping and educating people effectively. Outside of work, Isabella finds joy in pursuing her love for continuous personal growth and is always eager to expand her knowledge and skills. In her free time, she enjoys the company of her pet rabbit and her wonderful partner. Painting is one of her creative outlets, and she finds solace and inspiration in expressing herself through art.
