With a passion for equity and a commitment to growth, Jill Watson has dedicated her career to empowering individuals and organizations through inclusive and transformative learning experiences. As a seasoned instructional coach, program manager, and curriculum designer, Jill creates diverse, accessible, and culturally responsive training environments. Her expertise lies in developing innovative programs that foster leadership, encourage continuous learning, and promote equity and inclusion. Jill’s approach integrates principles of adult learning theory, diversity and inclusion, and instructional design, ensuring that every learning experience is impactful and measurable.
Jill’s professional journey encompassed various roles in education and corporate settings. She has led initiatives at Workday, Walnut Creek School District, San Ramon Valley Unified School District, and STEM4Real, where she designed over 200 virtual and classroom training sessions, facilitated onboarding for global teams, and coached professionals on implementing culturally responsive practices. Her work has consistently improved engagement, confidence, and performance for individuals and teams.
As a leader in the learning and development space, Jill has also strongly advocated for creating equitable learning environments that meet the diverse needs of all participants. She holds a Master’s degree from Saint Mary’s College of California and a Bachelor’s from California Lutheran University.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Jill is passionate about fostering community, learning new skills, and exploring the outdoors with her family in the Bay Area.
